We must be notified of all returns/exchanges within 30 days from the day the order was placed.
We need to be notified immediately upon receipt if there are any damages or defects to the items so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund.
